Justice Teresita V. Diaz-Baldos

A legal luminary known for her zealousness for the law and public service, and her boldness and tenacity even under intense scrutiny and public pressure, Justice Teresita V. Diaz-Baldos is a highly-esteemed figure in the Judiciary. She served as Associate Justice of the Sandiganbayan and a Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court of Malolos, Bulacan. Having presided over high-profile cases involving well-known politicians, Justice Diaz-Baldoz is not one to shy away from her duty to uphold the law. Prior to her assumption to the Bench, Justice Diaz-Baldos likewise served as a prosecutor in the Executive Department.

Her wealth of experience along with her proven competence, integrity, probity, and independence have enabled her to assume positions in the Judiciary and the Executive branches of the government during the span of her career. 

Her lifelong devotion and passion for public service still burn brightly as the retired Sandiganbayan Justice currently sits as the Chairman of the Construction Industry Arbitration Commission of the Philippines where she oversees disputes arising from contracts involved in construction in the country.

As a member of both the Bar and the Bench, Justice Diaz-Baldos’ in-depth experience and knowledge on litigation and complex legal matters, has given her an unparalleled perspective and ability to ensure that the client’s cause is well-represented and advocated while upholding the high ideals and the tenets of the law.
